The current system at our One-Stop connects employment, training and education services into a coherent network of resources from the local, state and national levels. Customers are now able to locate a variety of employment-related information, services, and programs through a convenient single point of access. The Cochise County One Stop Career Center delivery system is designed to be user-friendly and responsive, offering customers a choice in how and where they can find the information they need, including access to the Internet.

Our One-Stop Career Centers are open to the general public and accessible during our regular office hours at our Sierra Vista and Douglas locations.

  • Access to local, state, regional and national database of current job openings
  • Computers with Internet access
  • Tutorials (Office 2003/XP/Internet and English as a Second Language)
  • Typing Tutorials
  • Access to the Virtual One-Stop (VOS). Our staff may be able to give referrals to job seekers registered with DES
  • Office Equipment: printers, telephones for job related local and long distance calls, copiers, scanner and typewriters
  • Office supplies: disks, resume paper and envelopes
  • Mailing of job related materials
  • Local and countywide job posting and newspapers available
  • Free job search materials (also available in Spanish)
  • Free resume materials
  • Assistance to resume and cover letter preparation
  • Library and videos
  • TV and VHS
  • TTY Devices
  • Our career library contains books and documents that may be helpful to you in your career search or in your work. Education, training and career planning information
  • Role-play interviewing. Video camera to assist during role-playing
